NORTH MERIDIAN

This is Meridian’s most populated area for both residential and commercial. Eagle Road has just about every national chain you can think of as well as The Village at Meridian, an outdoor mall. The neighborhoods are a big mix in both price and age - anything from new construction to large lots with older homes to luxury golf community properties. You are starting to see more restaurants pop up versus just big box stores.

SOUTH MERIDIAN

Now developing! Many who live here tout the traffic is much better on the south side! The statement may be true now, but South Meridian has room to grow. Like South Boise you’ll still find farm land and undeveloped land. Prices are slightly less in South Meridian but the gap is filling quickly.
